Amchit Sea House

Structural design of an atypical seafront residential project in Amchit, composed of two independent houses connected through a shared outdoor space with a swimming pool, developed in collaboration with Dagher Hanna & Partners Architects. The structural approach is tailored to accommodate the fragmented layout, open-plan living areas, and large terraces, while addressing coastal exposure conditions. Particular attention is given to structural coherence between the volumes, durability, and integration with the architectural concept.
